"These are a few of my favorite......people"

I suppose it's time to catch up since Halloween. But, it's late...and I should be in bed so I will make the updates snappy.

Chance and I raked leaves together one afternoon. Although he kept calling it "braking the leaves" -- even when I corrected him....A LOT.

Jeff and I celebrated our 8 year anniversary on November 16th. We followed our annual tradition of going to the temple to do sealings together and then out to eat. I like having a tradition. We haven't missed a year yet!

We are a pretty "Modern Family" in technological sense, I suppose. We are not above bribing our child into good behavior, whatever the means, even on Thanksgiving. It worked like a charm!

My mom came to visit for Thanksgiving, as usual. She stayed a full two weeks this time. She was so incredibly helpful. She babysat quite a bit for us.

Uhhh. I don't even know where to begin with this one. The long and short of it was that Jeff was volunteered to dress up as an Avatar and film this little video for work. YES...work. Let's just say that it scared the crap out of my kids when he came home looking like that. It took Chance 15 minutes to stop crying and believe that it was Dad.

This is me and my counselors in YW. I LOVE these ladies. (Tiffany, Makenzie, me, and Melissa). They are amazing to work with and I'm glad we're such good friends too! We had to do a special program for the girls to celebrate their accomplishments. Yes, it's hokey at times, but it turned out well and it's fun having an excuse to be a goofball.

We all chipped in to get Roger an iPod Touch. Jeff is giving him a "tutorial" in how to use the thing. I'm sure there will be phone calls in the future.
